Best Management Company Ever
After living in a SFR for more than 30 years, I was forced to rent immediately after my divorce & the transition was very taxing on me both mentally & emotionally. The original management company of my apartment complex was extremely unprofessional group of folks to work with, we couldn't get a response after 5pm, they rarely answered the phone during business hours, & It always took more than a weeks time to get anything repaired. Once Empire Property Management f took over it was like the Sun had finally come out, not only were they extremely professional when handling our calls, THEY WERE THERE WHEN WE CALLED & THEY ANSWERED, they never hesitated to get things repaired in a timely fashion. I thank Empire for making my stay in my apartment a peaceful pleasant time.
